No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

In addition, our web site server compiles information about the visits to our web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our site, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web site, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to help us to provide better service but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. We may periodically analyze this anonymous data for trends and statistics and then we discard it.

The Internet and Cookies
There is an Internet technology called "cookies" that can be used to collect information about visitors to a Web site so that, for example, different Web content can be served up on subsequent visits. They are also used to track your ordering information (i.e. what parts you want to purchase.) Cookies are typically stored on machine, not our server. We only use cookies to track your order.

From time to time, the Steel Horse Motors site may contain links to other Web sites. Further, other sites may link to our site. Steel Horse Motors is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.

Your Data Security
The data you provide to us is not stored on the Internet server that is delivering this web site to you - meaning that no other visitor to our site can get access to your data. On those pages of our site that ask for your details, when you click the submit button your details are immediately passed from the relevant web form to us via email where they are only held on an administrators PC.

Credit card details are processed on a secure server (128 bit SSL encryption technology). Credit card details are not held on our server.
